Get To Know Us
Hi! We are Three Sisters Farm. We are a military family of five with three daughters who we homeschool and the farm is named after. We came into farming the way a lot of Americans these days do. We wanted a different way of life for our family. It all started with 8 chickens from the local feed store during the Pandemic of 2020. We became obsessed! The fresh eggs were absolutely delicious and ruined us from ever buying grocery store eggs. We loved that we knew exactly what our girls were being fed and how they were raised - if not a bit spoiled. In 2022 we sold our home and went in search of a bit more land and found the perfect little place for our farmstead. We got the chickens moved in and added 5 mismatched goats. We started with a couple Myotinic (fainting) goats, one half fainter, one Nigerian Dwarf, and one Dwarf Pygmy. I can not tell you how we fell in love with these darling creatures. We just had to add some more. We soon added our first pregnant nanny, Eve. She had her kid in March of 2023 and suddenly we were in the milking business! The more we learned about goats milk and all it's wonderful properties the more we knew just what we wanted to do with our farm next. We learned to make goat milk soap and lotion for our own personal use but after sharing with family and friends, and getting wonderful feedback, we knew we couldn't keep this goodness to ourselves. And here we are! To date, we have 11 goats, 50 chickens, 4 Muscovy ducks, 4 heritage turkeys, 3 dogs, 2 barn cats and a partridge in a pear tree! Ok, maybe not that last part... Anyway, thank you for stopping by our store and supporting our small farm business!
We are a small farm with goats, chickens, turkeys, ducks, cats, and dogs. We appreciate each and every one of our customers. Thank ya'll!
